Attorney
Amanda Santilli
Legal clients deserve clear guidance, timely attorney responsiveness, and efficient advocacy. To provide this type of service, I intentionally limit the number and types of cases I accept.
I earned my Juris Doctor, with Cum Laude honors, from Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. And, I am an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Denton County Bar Association.
Prior to practicing law, I spent several years teaching U.S. History to middle school students in Denton ISD and Lewisville ISD. That experience continues to shape my legal practice today. As a former educator, I focus on explaining the probate process in clear, straightforward terms so clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout each stage of their legal matter.
I am also a parent of two school-aged children. Limiting the number of cases that I accept allows me to provide focused, attentive representation during business hours, while also preserving meaningful time with my family after business hours. This approach reflects the same value of care that I bring in advocacy for my clients.
If you are facing the loss of a loved one and need help settling an estate, I invite you to schedule a free consultation to discuss your situation and explore your options.
